Deine Mission

System Safety Assessments: Durchführung von System Safety Assessments gemäß SAE ARP 4761.

Technische Exzellenz: Unterstützung der Systemingenieur-Aktivitäten einschließlich der Entwicklung, Validierung und Verifizierung von Anforderungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Sicherheitsziele erreicht werden.

Teamarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Definition und Implementierung von Sicherheitsanforderungen.

Verantwortung übernehmen: Leitung der Gefahrenidentifikation und Risikobewertung für Hardware- und Softwaresysteme.

Beitrag & Unterstützung: Beitrag zu RTCA DO-254 und/oder DO-178C Bemühungen nach Bedarf und Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Ursachenforschung im Zusammenhang mit Systemsicherheitsvorfällen.

Dokumentation: Erstellung von Sicherheitsdokumentationen, einschließlich System Safety Plans, Safety Assessment Reports und Compliance Statements.

Training: Schulung des Personals zu Sicherheitspraktiken und dem Ansatz der Sicherheitsbewertung

Dein Profil

Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Sicherheitsingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Systemtechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich.

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Systemsicherheitstechnik für die Luftfahrt.

Fundierte Kenntnisse der SAE ARP 4761 Prozesse.

Erfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: RTCA DO-254 (Hardware-Gewährleistung) oder RTCA DO-178C (Software-Gewährleistung).

Vertrautheit mit den Flugzeugzulassungsprozessen (FAA Part 23/25, EASA CS-23/25).

Erfahrung mit einem Sicherheits- und Zuverlässigkeitswerkzeug (z.B. Fault Tree+ (Isograph), CAFTA, ANSYS Medini oder ähnliches).

Erfahrung mit einem Anforderungsmanagement-Tool (z.B. Jama Connect, Siemens Polarion oder ähnliches).

Vertrautheit mit Systemtechnik-Tools und -Methoden.

Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Your mission

System Safety Assessments: Perform System Safety Assessments in accordance with SAE ARP 4761

Technical Excellence: Support systems engineering activities including requirements development, validation, and verification to ensure safety objectives are met

Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement safety requirements

Take responsibility: Lead hazard identification and risk assessment activities for both hardware and software systems

Contribution & Support: Contribute to RTCA DO-254 and/or DO-178C efforts as needed and support failure analysis and root cause investigations related to system safety incidents.

Documentation: Develop safety documentation, including System Safety Plans, Safety Assessment Reports, and Compliance Statements.

Training: Educate personnel on safety practices and safety assessment approach.

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in system safety engineering for aviation.

Strong knowledge of SAE ARP 4761 processes.

Experience in at least one of the following areas: RTCA DO-254 (hardware assurance) or RTCA DO-178C (software assurance).

Familiarity with aircraft certification processes (FAA Part 23/25, EASA CS-23/25).

Experience with any safety and reliability tool (e.g., Fault Tree+ (Isograph), CAFTA, ANSYS Medini, or similar).

Experience with any requirements management tool (e.g. Jama Connect, Siemens Polarion, or similar).

Familiarity with systems engineering tools and methodologies.

Very good English and German skills.
